Security Clearance / U.S. Persons

ULA’s hiring practices are subject to government policies and procedures, and positions may require U.S. person status (as defined in 22 CFR 120.15 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

NAC-I

As a condition of employment for positions located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida, and Vandenberg Space Force Base, California, you must be able to obtain and thereafter maintain a favorable National Agency Check Inquiry (NAC-I) in accordance with Air Force Instruction 31-501 entitled: Personnel Security program management or an equivalent approval, so that you have continuous unescorted access to all ULA work locations, including controlled/restricted areas, to perform your assigned work.
