ULA CEO Tory Bruno to Announce New Name and Details of America’s New Rocket at 2 p.m. MT
What: Media are invited to participate in a news conference (remotely or in-person) on Monday, April 13, at 2 p.m. MT, during which United Launch Alliance (ULA) CEO Tory Bruno will unveil the Next Generation Launch System and its name, which was determined after more than one million votes were received March 23 – April 6.
ULA currently provides more than 70 percent of all the nation’s space launches. The Next Generation Launch System will impact the future of the space launch industry by making space more affordable and accessible, while continuing to deliver on ULA’s history of reliability and precision. This press conference will be the first time that details, including a model, about the Next Generation Launch System will be revealed.
Where: The news conference will take place at the 31st Space Symposium, which is held at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Media currently registered for the Symposium are invited to attend in person. The press conference will be held on the second floor of Broadmoor Hall in the Media Center.
